Stan Lund started with the Mortgage Industry on February 2, 1981. Mr. Lund was the Vice President of Home Bank of California from 1983 to 1994 after which he relocated to Arizona in August of 1994, settling in the Peoria Area. After working for Great Western Bank, Stan moved on to become President of Frestan Financial Services before ultimately opening Lund Mortgage. With his vast experience in residential, commercial, construction, land, lot and equity loans, Stan has financed loans for as small as $10,000.00 and as large as $3,000,000.00. He has financed loans for professional athletes, entertainers, and non-professional clients.
Stan T. Lund established Lund Mortgage on January 11, 1999 with the idea of starting a mortgage company that would be available when you are, nights and weekends. Married to his wife June, and raising 3 daughters, Lisa, Saranne, Melissa, and a grandson Tyler, Stan understands what it means to have professionals available outside of the daily 9 to 5 routine.
Lund Mortgage has a strong commitment to work hand and hand with the Real Estate industry to better service you the customer. Lund Mortgage will also work with the client directly, meeting with them at a time and place that agrees with their busy schedule.
Stan Lund has personally trained his entire staff from Loan Officers to Processors instilling in them the urgency to get the loan closed on time with no stress to you the client. Lund Mortgage employees are professional and honest with their clients, keeping them abreast the status of their loan on a regular basis, resulting in no surprises at the closing table.
